This Product is originated by Obera Family located at Blk.1 Malipayon Village Roxas City, Teresita Parenño Obera is the owner by that time when its starting, she inherit the skill in here mother where a maker of barquillos and owned a business at Sta. Barbara, Iloilo City, and then they move here in Roxas because of Family then they continue there business until today the business is still going on and its owned by Gigi Matias Obera and Rocini Parenño Obera.
