The Panay Bell is the oldest and the biggest bell in Asia and 3rd all over the world. This bell has a weight of 10.4 ton, the bell is brought here in Capiz Delicacies by the Spanish Friars. Capiz Delicacies proud of this kind of treasure here in the Philippines.
